The job incumbent should have 5-7 years of experience, preferably, and would be responsible for researching and data analysis, proposing a variety of data-driven solutions, and then implementing these solutions and optimizations using a variety of analytical tools and techniques. The candidate will statistically analyze large datasets to find effective ways to improve organizational efficiency. Tasks include building an analytics platform, developing capabilities within cross-functional teams to ensure optimal resource allocation, and tracking and monitoring KPIs.

9. Perform gap analysis and make suggestions for improvements that will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the business, as well as the operational effectiveness of internal stakeholders.
10. Identify internal controls and implement them as necessary to manage risk identification and data security.
