Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Reporting to the Director, you are an essential partner for the client and our teams by implementing conceptual data frameworks and developing marketing strategies
  • Work with teams to create comprehensive measurement and analytics solutions for global clients, by incorporating a combination of quantitative analysis, analytical thinking and business context to develop audience insights, inform creative campaign planning, and define the measurement and testing optimization approach and the reporting strategy.
  • Translate quantitative findings into relevant insights through strategic storytelling
  • Present and articulate insights and strategies rooted in data for new business, contributing to the agency's growth
  • Educate internal stakeholders on the importance of data strategy and its value to the organization, from one-on-one conversations with colleagues to planned informational sessions with cross-functional teams
  • Manage efficient execution of projects, including the implementation of best practices
  • Mentor and lead junior team members to leverage their existing skills and inspire growth, learning, and development

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics and data strategy, or related measurement function
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Science, or a related quantitative discipline, or in Business with demonstrated quantitative skills.
  • Experienced in measurement and learning agendas, with experience in developing effective reporting, data visualization, experimental design, ad hoc analysis methods and selecting suitable KPIs and metrics.
  • Practical experience in analyzing large data sets, using SQL and R, SAS, or Python to develop data-driven business insights and recommendations that help clients measure, optimize, and understand customer engagement.
  • Ability to establish strong client and partner relationships, with an ability to articulate data-driven recommendations, findings, and all aspects of the measurement process.
  • Comfortable in driving technical and business requirements based on data strategy recommendations and requirements.
  • Data visualization experience with a keen focus on client-facing storytelling and explaining and promoting findings, insights, and recommendations from data analysis.
  • Experience with statistical learning approaches (regression techniques, classification models, ensemble modeling, supervised and unsupervised learning)
  • Experience with Salesforce is preferred.

You will be 100% remote, but you might be asked to attend in-person meetings or collaborations.

Additional Information

The expected range for this position is $94,000-$146,000. The actual salary will be based on various factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors allowed by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. The company's incentive compensation plan is subject to change. A range of medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and/or other benefits also are available.
