About the team:
The Strategies Labor BI team enhances the labor planning experience by generating insights and data for our customers.
We achieve this by:
1) Generating actionable insights to guide product roadmaps and make strategic decisions for our customers.
2) Empowering stakeholders using automated reports, self-service dashboards, or company-wide tools/metrics.
3) Improving our data architecture and processes to reduce time spent on Knowledge Transfer and Learning Operations.
4) Supporting general business needs and operations.

Basic Qualifications:
- Over 3 years of data analysis and interpretation experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc.
- Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools.
- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines.
- Experience writing complex SQL queries.
- Experience with Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab.
- Experience using SQL to extract data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift.
- Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets.

The salary package for this position varies from $79,600/year to $185,000/year, depending on market conditions and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation might include equity, sign-on payments, and other forms as part of a total compensation package, plus a complete range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
