About the team: The Strategies Labor BI team enhances the labor planning experience by generating insights and data for our customers. We achieve this by: 1) Generating actionable insights to guide product roadmaps and make strategic decisions for our customers. 2) Empowering stakeholders using automated reports, self-service dashboards, or company-wide tools/metrics. 3) Improving our data architecture and processes to reduce time spent on Knowledge Transfer and Learning Operations. 4) Supporting general business needs and operations. We are open to hiring candidates from the following locations: Bellevue, WA, USA. Basic Qualifications: - Over 3 years of data analysis and interpretation experience with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL etc. - Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools. - Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines. - Experience writing complex SQL queries. - Experience with Statistical Analysis packages such as R, SAS and Matlab. - Experience using SQL to extract data from a database or data warehouse and scripting experience (Python) to process data for modeling. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience with AWS solutions such as EC2, DynamoDB, S3, and Redshift. - Experience in data mining, ETL, etc. and using databases in a business environment with large-scale, complex datasets. The salary package for this position varies from $79,600/year to $185,000/year, depending on market conditions and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
