Job Summary
As a Client Onboarding Manager, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless onboarding of clients into Liminal's ecosystem. This role demands a deep understanding of financial regulations, AML/CFT laws, and ensuring Liminal’s adherence to these requirements. Your role will significantly influence the initial client experience, forming the foundation for long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and expectations.
- Onboarding Process Management: Create and execute efficient onboarding processes for seamless client integration.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects within set timelines and budget.
- Client Training and Support: Provide training to clients on the company's offerings for effective utilization.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks during onboarding, ensuring compliance.
- Problem Resolution: Address client issues promptly and effectively.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and evaluate onboarding success and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and prepare reports on key metrics.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company's products, services, and industry trends.
- Client Retention: Work with sales and account management teams to ensure a positive onboarding experience.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in client onboarding.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and AML/CFT laws.
- Excellent communication skills.
