Job Description

Role: Client Services Data Analyst

The Data Management Specialist II at Experian acts as a vital link between us and our prestigious clientele, primarily focusing on enhancing data accuracy and quality. This role involves managing significant client relationships within our Data Development team, consulting with our partners to pinpoint their needs, and translating these into tangible analytics and reporting requirements. As a key player, you will ensure that our data solutions match the evolving demands of the businesses we support.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, keen on analyzing and presenting data effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Strong critical thinking skills, with a proficiency in linking business challenges to data management solutions.
  • Ability to manage high-priority projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in nature.
  • Experience navigating tight deadlines and maintaining high-quality outputs.
  • Familiarity with data lifecycle management and data reporting technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for major data furnishers, focusing on data reporting and accuracy.
  • Educate clients on data reporting best practices and build sustainable, professional relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Marketing, Sales, and Data Management to enhance data reporting quality.
  • Analyze clients’ needs and develop tailored data management solutions.
  • Drive new client engagement and meet growth targets as aligned with business objectives.
  • Regularly update senior management on project status and opportunities for improvement using data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of B2B client support experience, preferably in the financial sector.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with AWS services are advantageous.
  • Experience using business analytics tools (Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) is preferred.
  • Understanding of the Credit Reporting Resource Guide is beneficial.
