What This Role Involves

• Managing all chatbot assistant processes from integration to live deployment with the Customer Success Manager/Account Lead
• Preparing the assistant's map on MindBehind based on designed experiences and scenarios
• Conducting AI tests and preparing agreed-upon reports with the brand
• Participating in chatbot development and tracking processes
• Conducting AI-Based Chatbot Data studies
• Keeping brand documents and flow documents up-to-date
• Completing tasks assigned in Jira by managers within specified time frames

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree
• Native Turkish speaker with advanced English skills
• 1+ year of experience
• A data-savvy mindset to contribute to our AI chatbot product, MindBehind
• Ability to analyze and interpret chatbot data for continuous improvement
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong presentation and listening abilities
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks with superior project and time management skills
• A commitment to our core ethos: care for our clients
• A proactive, go-getter attitude with a track record of taking initiative in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work in a startup environment
• Background in copywriting is a plus
• Understanding of chatbots is a plus but not required
