Job Description

At Biogen, we are on a mission to change the lives of patients affected by rare neurological diseases. We are currently seeking a dedicated CRM Support & Data Operations Analyst with German to join our team in our centrally located Warsaw office. In this role, you will support end users with CRM/Master Data, ensuring data availability for daily commercial operations and business initiatives. This includes, but is not limited to, processing requests, data quality assurance, tool alignment, user support, and system testing.

Note: This role requires the candidate to hold a work permit and residency in Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily processing of healthcare-related Data Change Requests (DCRs), solving complex issues, preparing and delivering bulk updates, and monitoring auto-rejected DCRs.
• Analyze healthcare-related data by identifying applicable record pairs and executing match and merge processes.
• Design and deliver data quality reporting, ensuring data alignment between Open Data, MDM, CRM systems, and other relevant applications.
• Provide expertise and coordinate tasks with Business Stakeholders regarding master data and reference data in CRM systems.
• Coordinate testing, adoption, and roll-out of new systems or system releases. Analyze error reports and data to facilitate integration and connection of new systems.
• Transfer knowledge and conduct training sessions on new systems and system releases, including addressing and resolving issues, and identifying training needs.
• Propose and implement data policies and procedures, acting as a gatekeeper for local healthcare master data governance processes.
• Act as a contact person for CRM users, analyzing requests, providing support, and escalating issues to the support team.

Qualifications

As a customer master data analyst with a technical focus, you will bring your experience in CRM software and business interaction. Your expertise will include:

• A Master’s Degree (or equivalent).
• Minimum 4-year proven track record in data analysis or data management with a strong focus on data quality.
• Proficiency in English and German.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data governance, data structures, and data analysis.
• Expertise in multiple data management and processing tools.
• Understanding of CRM systems, Business Intelligence concepts, and solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM and MDM tools.
