Your expertise in data handling will see you collaborating with various business functions, enhancing delivery mechanisms for pivotal insights. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage crucial reporting strategies for the Customer Success team.
  • Identify and implement process automation for enhanced efficiency and scalability.
  • Enhance analytics processes to uplift efficiency, accuracy, and security in data handling.
  • Analyze performance metrics, offer continuous reports, and refine customer success strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer, design, and deploy Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Utilize SQL querying to optimize results, and manage complete lifecycle of data change requests.
  • Create and innovate interactive dashboards integrating customer feedback and requirements.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and maintain best practices in customer success analytics.

  • Exceptional communication skills with expertise in conveying complex technical ideas to non-technical peers.
  • Robust analytical skills with prowess in identifying trends and crafting strategies from complex data sets.
  • Previous experience in an analytics role is advantageous, as is familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms.
