Role Impact

In this role, your contributions will influence decisions affecting 300 million people, or 20% of India's population. You’ll gain exposure to all aspects of product development at scale, from conceptualization to execution, enjoying autonomy over your projects, including the opportunity to present your findings to the CEO.

Your Role Responsibilities

As a vital part of the CX strategy team, you will:

  • Define key metrics to analyze CX performance.
  • Collaborate with various CX teams to pinpoint and analyze inefficiencies.
  • Generate insights and build narratives to aid in decision-making.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operations and address CX-related issues.
  • Work beyond data analysis to propose innovative business solutions.
  • Design and maintain accessible data dashboards with the central analytics team.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • 1-2 years of analytics experience in relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A keen interest in business mechanics and product functionality.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Experience in SQL, R, or Python; knowledge of ML model building is a plus.
