The Role

Kyndryl is in search of a seasoned Customer Technology Advisor to aid customers in obtaining outstanding IT results, assist clients in their digital transformation, minimize their business risk and achieve operational excellence. In your role as a Customer Technical Advisor, also known internally as a technology-driven Business Development Partner, you'll utilize Kyndryl's intellectual property, solution offerings and superior technology capabilities of our alliance partners. As a Client Technical Advisor, your role will involve providing certified, technology-specific expertise in support of sales engagements. You will work alongside a Commercial Partner on targeted opportunities and customers, offering your deep technical and solution knowledge. You'll direct technical and solution conversations, providing unique differentiated value which encompasses demonstration methods (e.g. demos, presentations) to the customers to establish our credibility and expertise. You will harness the breadth of Kyndryl’s technical and solution skills to shape, design and develop profitable deals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Create a unique value proposition in your specific area of expertise. Be accountable for observing the solution from a cross-domain viewpoint to deliver full value to the customer.
  • Develop and sustain relationships with primary alliance partners and ecosystems; create referential customers.
  • Become a trusted advisor for our customers within your specialty. Work within your technical domain, but also manage adjacent domains to provide a comprehensive Kyndryl customer experience.
  • Lead the technical/solution customer interaction as a technical solution expert within your domain of expertise, supporting the completion of sales with the Commercial Partner for both managed services and consulting engagements.
  • Responsibility to leverage the full range of Kyndryl’s value propositions to develop profitable deals. Collaborate with the pricing/commercial/solution teams to ensure proposed solutions deliver value to the customer and yield profits for Kyndryl.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise : 

To be eligible for this position, candidates should have a potent mix of relevant technical experience in:

  • Digital transformation.
  • SAP
  • Data governance and management
  • AI
  • Thorough knowledge of Services offerings and technical solutions in your domain of expertise.
  • Communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven experience in converting specialized technical knowledge into actionable customer insights and solutions.
  • Consultative selling.
  • Externally recognized as an expert in the technology domain, including technical certifications, supporting Cloud, Applications, Data and AI
  • Tangible experience in developing/writing and presenting high-quality solutions.
  • Deep understanding of competitive dynamics specific to the Belgian and Luxemburg market space.
