We are looking for a talented Customer Performance Team Leader specializing in Analytics, Collection & Operations to join our team.

What You Will Do:

As a Customer Performance Team Leader, you will:

  • Analyze customer performance regarding repayment and fleet obligations.
  • Design and implement strategies to meet M-KOPA’s credit, returns, and fleet management KPIs.
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on data-driven decision making and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders such as police, legal authorities, and third-party debt collection agencies.
  • Develop and roll out analytics dashboards, automate alerting, and prioritize interventions to optimize portfolio performance.
  • Monitor and oversee fraud prevention strategies and maintain high standards for fleet performance and compliance.

Your Skills and Experience:

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Proven experience in data-driven problem-solving and analytics.
  • Strong background in debt collection, field operations, and fleet management.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of statistical analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • A diploma or degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Logistics, or related fields.
