Job Scope & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, collect, and analyze business stakeholders' needs for KPIs and dashboards, catering to the requirements of call center leaders, management, and other functions.
  • Develop and implement a data management framework that efficiently collects, stores, and transforms raw data into essential KPIs, presented through comprehensive dashboards.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance trends, delivering proactive alerts and actionable insights to decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the headquarters team to ensure the effective local deployment of a global business intelligence tool based on Power BI.
  • Assist business owners in creating performance review presentations and serve as the primary contact for headquarters regarding ad-hoc KPI and analysis requests.
  • Maintain and improve the business intelligence operating procedures based on internal feedback and process changes.
  • Engage in knowledge sharing with team members and handle additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisory management.

Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or related IT fields.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles such as Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or Data Engineer, preferably in customer-centric and performance-oriented environments.
  • Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and other programming/query languages.
  • Hands-on experience with ETL tools (e.g., Pentaho, SSIS) and reporting tools (e.g., SSRS, Report Builder).
  • Strong familiarity with BI tools like Power BI.
  • Background in Data Management, Big Data, WFM, CRM, and Telephony systems is highly beneficial.
  • Advanced skills in Excel/VBA, analytical processes, and PowerPoint.
  • Capability to multitask, quickly absorb new information, work well under pressure, and contribute positively in a team setting.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and motivation.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
