The Opportunity

• Provide analyses for our web3 & onchain products, impacting asset listings, performance, and liquidity.
• Translate onchain data into actionable strategies to enhance customer acquisition and product offerings.
• Drive continuous improvement by monitoring product performance metrics and identifying optimization areas.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams on initiatives that boost user experience and the health of our crypto investment ecosystem.
• Act as a key advisor, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making related to asset performance and financial optimizations.
• Utilize data modeling and data engineering expertise to manage and analyze large datasets, both internal and onchain.

Skills You Should HODL

• 2+ years of professional experience within the cryptocurrency ecosystem and financial markets.
• Proficient in data analytics with 2+ years of experience. Skilled in SQL, scripting languages (Python, R), data modeling, and pipelining.
• Strong grasp of statistical concepts and experience with BI software (Superset/Tableau).
• Experience in data warehouse development and eager to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, able to simplify complex data insights for various audiences.
• Familiarity with data tools like Druid, Hadoop, Airflow, Tableau, and Superset is advantageous.

Nice-to-Haves

• A BA/BS or MA/MS degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
• Previous experience in onchain data analyses and surveying the cryptocurrency market.
