Join Our Team:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst (Health) to enrich our team with their expertise. In this role, you will handle the collection, analysis, and interpretation of vast datasets to uncover insights that influence strategic decisions and enhance business performance. This position is designated #LI-Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire, clean, and convert raw data from diverse sources into structured datasets for analysis.
• Analyze data using statistical methods to identify trends, patterns, and correlations.
• Create and implement algorithms, data models, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings.
• Track and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate strategy and initiative effectiveness.
• Identify and develop solutions for process enhancements through data-driven insights.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to comprehend business needs and provide analytical support.

What You Need to Bring:

• Expertise in data tools and programming languages like SQL, Excel, and PrestoSQL is essential.
• Prior experience in the Health industry, with a strong grasp of clinical coding systems.
• A solid foundation in statistical concepts and their application in data analysis.
• Proficiency in extracting data from APIs, ETL, databases, or web scraping techniques.
• Advanced skills in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.

Nice to Have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Excel Plugins and integration with Python or R.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and predictive modeling.
