Job Responsibilities:

  • Drive data-driven decision-making and optimize Staples’ web properties.
  • Enhance online customer experience through insights on web and mobile performance, customer behavior, and voice of customer.
  • Utilize various analytics tools (web analytics, A/B tests, etc.) to assess website performance and visitor behavior.
  • Provide actionable business insights to increase revenue, conversion, and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

Key Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lead and work effectively in teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).

Basic Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree in Data Analysis, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with Python and SQL.
  • 2+ years of experience in a data analysis role.
  • Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in predictive modeling and machine learning.
  • Advanced certification in data analysis or a related field.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
  • Experience with A/B testing tools (Adobe Target, Optimizely).
