Job Description

We aim to add a candidate to our Customer and Monetization Startup, particularly the Payment Team, which handles all our payment issues globally! Being part of this team implies assisting our Senior Operations Analyst in identifying and preventing fraudsters from using our services and preventing financial losses.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding Deezer’s subscription-based business model and the impact of label costs.
• Comprehending the user's payment process to identify and track major outliers in enrollments.
• Reviewing and documenting the existing prevention rules against outliers and assessing their effectiveness.
• Analyzing outlier patterns to challenge existing rules or suggest new preventive actions with our in-house and/or payment partner’s fraud management tools.
• Monitoring results and contributing with conclusions and recommendations.

Qualifications

This position is perfect for someone with:

• Genuine interest in learning about Fraud in Payments in a rapidly evolving digital company.
• Proficiency in SQL, Google Cloud Platform.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Monday, Confluence.
• A proactive and organized approach, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, and strong curiosity.
• A true passion for music 🎤🥁🎸
