Job Description
Within the e-commerce and cross-channel department, you will be part of the Customer Experience team, whose mission is data, CRM, customer studies, loyalty, and customer relationship (customer care) of the company in order to propagate the customer culture internally and make their voice heard.
You will report to the Panels, Studies and Customer Data Manager. You will work in tandem with a data analyst and in close collaboration with IT, financial control, and business teams.
Your duties include:
You collect, process and study:
- Operational data to improve the e-commerce process and follow new projects
- Internal business data to develop the knowledge and understanding of the company's customers
- External data via the panels to complete our knowledge of our customers
You define KPIs and create dashboards (data visualization) to optimize and enhance the data for internal business teams.
In collaboration with the customer experience team, you propose:
- Recommendations based on the opportunities offered by the data to increase business results
- Marketing activations on the Customer Data Platform and measure their performance
You participate in discussions on the chain's loyalty program and on the customer loyalty strategy.
Qualifications
- With a bachelor’s degree+5 (engineering school/university or business school with a data specialty), you have pursued specialization in data marketing and have a keen interest in marketing (especially CRM) and digital.
- You ideally have 2 years of experience in data.
Expected technical skills:
- SQL
- Tableau, Data Studio
- Good mastery of Excel or Google Sheet
- Technical knowledge around data architecture (AWS, data lake, ETL process, etc...) is a plus
- Knowledge of Snowflake and Python is a plus
- You possess good interpersonal skills, dynamism, synthesis spirit, rigor, suggestive power, team spirit and are known for these qualities. You are proficient with office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point) and will be able to simplify your activity for a non-technical audience.
Additional Information
Contract to start on 01/12/2023 for a period of 7 months
