We're inviting an enthusiastic and skilled Data Analyst to aid in developing and implementing Business Intelligence strategies for the next generation of Windows devices.

Your role will involve close collaboration with a variety of teams including program management, development, and hardware partners. You'll tackle crucial business questions, establish key performance indicators, delve deep into data analysis, and ideate experiments to propel our business metrics forward. Additionally, you'll assess the ROI on new ideas, measure growth, and unearth insights to identify future opportunities and challenges.

Main Responsibilities

As our Data Analyst, you are expected to:

• Own and analyze essential business questions.
• Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators to track progress toward business goals.
• Identify complex data patterns that lead to achieving business objectives.
• Provide insights on customer segments and strategies for better investment decisions.

Required Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with common databases.
• Experience conducting rapid data analyses using Python.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and provide insights from datasets.
• Capability to evaluate and analyze experimentation outcomes with various performance metrics.
• Knowledge of causal analysis is an added advantage.
• Other essential skills include Algorithm Development, Data Mining, Data Visualization, and more.
