What You'll Do

• Partner with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to meet client needs, generate crucial data visuals for high-impact presentations.
• Analyze large-scale data reports to extract vital insights that guide user activity and engagement.
• Create compelling data-driven "stories" that advocate for operational enhancements and showcase effective practices.
• Identify trends in social media efficacy and user best practices within specific industries.
• Collaborate on internal projects to bolster customer ROI and support ongoing product and process refinement.

Who You Are

With a solid foundation of 3+ years in analytical roles, you possess exceptional problem-solving skills, and you are proficient with tools like Excel, PowerPoint/Google Slides, and data visualization software such as Looker. Experience with SQL and direct database querying is highly regarded. Your excellent communication skills make you a standout colleague and presenter, capable of managing diverse work streams efficiently.
