Job Brief: A proficient data professional is sought who excels in dealing with large quantities of data, leveraging descriptive analysis, statistical analysis, and predictive analysis with the aid of advanced machine learning tools and technologies to provide significant value to the business. The Data Analyst will be part of the Customer Experience Team and will be responsible for delivering actionable insights to be shared and presented to other teams within the organization to enhance the overall customer experience. The individual will also be tasked with coordinating across functions and monitoring performance post-implementation, to fully understand the effectiveness of the business improvement measures and identify persisting gaps. This role is responsible for leading the revamp of our Customer Experience dashboard. The successful candidate will be selecting an agency to create a new Customer Engagement Management (CEM) platform for the company, while coordinating with other stakeholders and establishing connections between existing platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and gather data from multiple sources 2. Address missing data in the sources 3. Organize the data into usable formats 4. Conduct data analysis to uncover insights for specific queries 5. Establish a data infrastructure 6. Create, implement, and maintain databases 7. Assess the quality of the data, eliminating or cleaning irrelevant or erroneous data 8. Extract valuable information and detect patterns and trends within datasets 9. Create system flags for proactive analysis, link these to patterns 10. Generate reports for teams and create data visualizations 11. Construct models from scratch to meet business requirements, encompassing the entire process from ideation, data extraction, data wrangling, feature engineering, algorithm selection, to final implementation 12. Regularly update customer profiles master databases by combining and integrating data from various sources as they become available or relevant 13. Continually seek to improve existing models by incorporating new features or attributes 14. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders across the business 15. Develop into an in-house data expert and train others as and when required 16. Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency Level: Officer/Senior Officer Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics or any other related field. Level of Experience: Intermediate Experience in a related field. Certifications & Licensure Desirable: 1. Data Analytics Professional / Statistical Business Analyst Professional / Data Science Professional Skills required: Essential: 1. Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills 2. The ability to process large data sets and efficiently map and layer data from various sources 3. The ability to translate complex data sets into narratives and actionable insights 4. The ability to present findings in visually appealing formats 5. Clear communication skills 6. English language proficiency Desirable: 1. Previous work within a Customer Experience Team 2. Experience working with CEM / CMS / CDP platforms. 3. Experience working within the Telecom Industry is a plus.
