Job Description: Data Analytics Manager

We are looking for a Data Analytics Manager with at least 2 years of relevant experience to perform comprehensive analytics on the lifecycle of IT Service Desk. This position is ideal for someone who is customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and motivated to manage both customer engagement and problem resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with in-house and third-party personnel, particularly the Data Management Manager.
• Perform analytics on the entire IT Service Desk lifecycle.
• Propose initiatives to improve efficiency and cost savings on a regular basis.
• Present data and logs in formats understandable to non-technical stakeholders.
• Adhere to all DXC Policies & Procedures, including Security and Standard of Business Conduct (SOBC).

Core Competencies

• Proficiency in ServiceNow or other knowledge bases.
• Strong process documentation skills.
• Excellent coordination, presentation, and documentation abilities.
• Strong command of MS Office applications.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.

Ethics and Compliance

• Compliance with DXC's Standard of Business Conduct (SOBC), ensuring honesty, courtesy, and fairness.
• Maintain confidentiality of all DXC’s confidential information, including support processes, technical data, and financial records.
