Job Summary

As part of the talented Voice Product Analytics team, you will be instrumental in extracting insights from customer interactions across both voice and digital platforms. Your contributions will help develop innovative strategies and analytics solutions aimed at elevating the customer journey. Collaborating extensively across CCB Operations and various strategic and analytics teams, your role is pivotal in leading initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction and reduce operational costs for our Ops Product Groups.

Engage fully in the analytics lifecycle from documentation through to the delivery of compelling presentations that showcase your findings. Your projects will range from simple trend analyses to complex cross-channel journey analyses and prescriptive analytics, all centered around data mining, business judgment, and collaborative effort to refine customer interactions.

Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Forge strong partnerships with key stakeholders and groups, developing a deep understanding of business drivers alongside underlying data and processes.
  • Lead in the creation and reporting of operational performance metrics and KPIs, applying analytical tools to boost business function performance.
  • Analyze multi-channel customer interactions to identify and address friction points within customer journeys.
  • Support business case development, testing designs, and pilot programs to provide insights for future strategies.
  • Deliver impactful presentations and lead analytics meetings to share insights with senior management.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and visualizations that track the efficacy of products and inform management of key trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • A minimum of 3 years in a related field with a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field. A Graduate degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in delivering solutions using an Agile methodology and familiarity with SQL, R, Python, Tableau, and other analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of AWS, data mining, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
  • Exceptional coding skills and experience in automating processes for data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging effectively with senior leadership.
