Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of 5 to 10 members, consistently delivering accurate and timely responses to both routine and non-standard inquiries.
• Identify and seize opportunities for personal and team growth.
• Engage actively in the onboarding process for new hires, providing feedback and guiding skill development.
• Establish and uphold team standards, regularly reviewing departmental metrics to maintain KPIs.
• Conduct evaluations of team members to ensure role efficiency, collaborating with the division lead on performance improvement.
• Contribute to achieving operational targets through annual external calls under division lead guidance.
• Maintain ongoing interaction with the Reconciliation Audit team, implementing remediation strategies and conducting monthly reviews.
• Monitor team emails rigorously, providing frequent feedback to ensure quality assurance.
• Ensure daily metrics of timeliness and completeness are consistently met, driving continuous improvement to mitigate risks.
• Focus on client success and employee development, often partnering with the Division Lead for mentorship.
• Maintain high service quality and operational performance to meet client expectations.
• Collaborate with upper management on projects aligned with company goals, leading 1-2 strategic initiatives annually using Lean Six Sigma practices.
• Identify and implement departmental improvements, engaging with leadership and driving change.
• Enhance auto reconciliation processes through collaboration with Subject Matter Experts, particularly for troubled or newly implemented accounts.
• Handle reconciliation for 2-3 of Clearwater Analytics' markets, including Corporate, Insurance, Investment Management, and Government sectors.
• Promote collaboration with asset managers/custodians as partners and external portfolio data providers.
• Implement standard operating models and procedures for large or major clients, ensuring their success and compliance through collaboration with other departments.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Finance or Accounting.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in leading cross-functional and collaborative teams.
• 6+ years of experience leading an operational team in a relevant industry (finance, accounting, or tech).
