About The Role
As a Data Quality Analyst, you will support the Operations Programs & Innovation department, particularly the Network Quality Team, by analyzing logistic network inefficiencies, managing carrier delays, and mitigating penalties.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with service quality KPIs and support continuous performance improvement.
- Collaborate with carriers to minimize the impact of low performances using bonus/malus mechanisms.
- Analyze operational issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions through daily KPIs monitoring (e.g., on-time performance, incidents).
- Create supplier performance reports and presentations for management.
- Define processes to identify best practices and improve performance.
- Work closely with Operations and Program Management teams to enhance our quality metrics.
- develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, statistics, engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Italian and English.
- Proficiency in G-Suite and MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); essential proficiency in SQL.
- Strong analytical skills to conduct analyses and translate them into actionable insights.
- Proactive self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and an adaptive mindset with the ability to learn quickly.
- Strong team player with a collaborative attitude.
