Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Data Science Manager to develop and implement analytics applications that transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization tools. Responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the data science team, senior leadership, technology teams, product managers, marketing operations, and others to manage and deliver data science projects.
• Coordinating with a team of data scientists to promote data-driven insights.
• Applying data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning techniques to analyze large structured and unstructured data sets.
• Owning the data analytics roadmap and strategy.
• Managing projects that integrate data science and business intelligence into customer-facing solutions.
• Developing frameworks for quick customization of existing products.
• Conducting machine learning model evaluations, deployments, and monitoring.
• Creating dynamic data reports to support data-driven decision-making.
• Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field, plus four (4) years of experience in the job or in a related computer occupation. Additionally, four (4) years of experience required in:

• Machine learning algorithms
• NLP, AI, and RL technologies
• Scalable ML, AI, and ML/Ops
• Big data technologies such as Hadoop, BigQuery, S3, MapReduce, or Apache Spark
• Model explainability and interpretability techniques
• Python, Pyspark, Scala, or Java
• Cloud platforms such as AWS and Snowflake

Additional Information

Salary: $170,000

The final compensation will depend on several factors including skill level, cost of living, experience, and responsibilities.
