Job Description
- Design and develop algorithms for various analyses using datasets.
- Research new ideas and possibilities to enhance the variety of analytics we perform per customer requirements.
- Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Create custom data models and algorithms to apply to datasets.
- Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences, increase revenue generation, improve ad targeting, and achieve other business outcomes.
- Establish the company's A/B testing framework and examine model quality.
- Work with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Design processes and tools to monitor and analyze model performance and data accuracy.
Required Skills
- Substantial knowledge in Digital signal processing concepts and Algorithm development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Robust mathematical and statistical background.
- Experience in using statistical computer languages like R, Python, etc. to manipulate data and extract insights from large datasets.
- Profound knowledge in PySpark, IMPALA & Tableau.
- Experience in creating and working with data architectures.
- Good conventional SQL skills.
- In-depth knowledge about Data Storage technologies focusing on Apache Hadoop Cluster Systems.
- Applicable knowledge of various machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world pros and cons.
- A practical understanding of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (regression, attributes of distributions, statistical tests and their appropriate usage, etc.) and experience implementing them.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to independently solve problems.
- A quick learner who can adapt to changing requirements and provide solutions.
- Being an effective team player who is willing to accept challenges and responsibilities.
Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Digital Signal Processing, or a similar discipline.
