Position Summary

Responsibilities

As a Decision Scientist in Loyalty Product Analytics, you will:

  • Consult with internal clients to identify opportunities for data science solutions
  • Apply mathematical analysis methods, statistical analyses, and predictive modeling
  • Utilize strategy consulting concepts and data engineering principles
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand goals and develop analytical solutions
  • Present recommendations to team managers and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Lead the development of analytics solutions with low complexity and risk
  • Guide data scientists on modeling techniques

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3+ years of business experience
  • 1+ year of experience with SQL, Python, R, or Hadoop
  • 2+ years of strategy consulting or similar experience in mid to large companies
  • Proven track record in leading analyses and initiatives with tangible business impact
  • Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred

  • Experience in the healthcare sector
  • Proficiency in advanced analytics tools and languages
  • Experience interpreting complex models for various business audiences

Educational requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience. A Graduate degree (e.g., MBA) is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The typical pay range for this role is $82,915.00 - $175,100.00 annually. Actual salary will depend on various factors, including experience, education, and geography. This role is eligible for bonuses and other incentive programs. Benefits include:
