Job Description

We occupy the exhilarating and advanced realm of autonomous driving. We seek passionate and experienced engineers to join us on this journey and develop algorithms suitable for Level 3 – Level 5 autonomous systems. A typical day at the office might involve:

  • Examining the nature of the data
  • Evaluating current AI/DL algorithm performance
  • Extracting insights or patterns from failures
  • Formulating a hypothesis for solution creation
  • Designing experiments for hypothesis testing
  • Determining/Reviewing the deep learning techniques/methods for experiments
  • Analyzing experiment results
  • Outlining the next data set or experiments to proceed with
  • Establishing targets for the current sprint
  • Reviewing, agreeing on the experiments
  • Ensuring delivery adheres to the process for quality

Here’s what to anticipate:

  • Develop deep learning-based models for Autonomous driving (Image/Video-based perception development)
  • Conduct intensive application research to find suitable networks (models) that can handle the typical issue of object recognition at scale (processing a massive volume of data, optimizing memory footprint for edge devices)
  • Showcase your ability to use existing solutions/ approaches to narrow down to the most likely subset
  • Display your intuitive capacity to evaluate available potential approaches to identify the most probable method of problem-solving, hence minimizing overall experimentation time
  • Demonstrate the ability to critically evaluate models using the right parameters to find the most suitable model that solves the use case skills needed
  • Strong technical background

Preferably, with a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering in Computer Science or similar areas. More than 5 years of industry experience in Computer Vision (AI/Deep Learning-based algorithms). Profound understanding of computer vision models including Object detection, SOTA feature extractors & SOTA Supervised & Unsupervised training mechanisms

You delve into significant details, such as the sensor driver if it enhances the overall system. You appreciate working with production machine learning pipelines, from dataset collection and labeling to training and validation.

You are proficient at writing clear, concise, and detailed documentation. You should be able to explain technical solutions lucidly to non-technical/different audiences
