Exciting Role: Director, RevOps Site Leader and Data Quality Team Leader in Costa Rica
Key Responsibilities
Data Quality Leadership:
- Establish and spearhead a new team in Costa Rica, focusing on data quality across all business channels to drive accurate data sourcing that supports compensation, reporting, and analytical models.
- Lead and manage a diverse team, including setting Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and consistently monitoring performance.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify improvements and drive impactful change.
Revenue Operations Site Leadership:
- Act as a key representative of Revenue Operations within the Costa Rica leadership team, ensuring a cohesive and thriving Workday community.
- Foster a nurturing work environment focused on team building, morale, employee engagement, and satisfaction.
- Enhance Workday’s standing as a top employer by partnering with various teams and participating in local recruitment activities to attract top talent.
- Promote diversity and inclusivity, ensuring all team members can bring their authentic selves to work and excel.
- Champion the accomplishments and potential of Workday Costa Rica’s team, supporting the expansion of our operations and presence locally.
Who We Are Looking For
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of professional experience with a significant leadership component managing diverse teams.
- Prior experience in building and leading new teams, preferably within the B2B SaaS space.
- Proven ability to manage indirect reporting relationships and provide global support.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in Sales or Marketing Operations/Analytics.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and knowledge of SOX and Audit compliance.
- Strong collaborative skills, executive presence, and a knack for storytelling.
- Experience managing SLAs and driving data quality and accuracy.
