Due to our growth within Master Data Management, we are currently seeking an HR Master Data Management Specialist

What will be your responsibilities? 

The Specialist will collaborate with different functions, business units, and countries to ensure and improve data quality, particularly by guaranteeing that interfaces, integrations, and workflows between different core HR systems function without error from a functional perspective.

Key deliverables and activities include:

  • Performing constant data analysis and cross-checks among relevant systems and countries
  • Coordinating issue resolution concerning data errors and conducting thorough root cause analysis
  • Ensuring communication and knowledge transfer among all stakeholders
  • Supporting audits and reviews (by providing comprehensive data to minimize unexpected audit findings)
  • Contributing to projects representing P&C/HR data
  • Developing a strong working relationship with technical HR IT experts
  • Maintaining a comprehensive view of master data issues and working with functions/business units to resolve them

Qualifications

Who are we looking for? 
As our HR Master Data Management Specialist you will need to bring:

  • The required education and work experience
  • A completed university degree or equivalent qualification
  • Proficiency in SAP HCM. Additional HR IT system knowledge is preferred.
  • More than 5 years of professional experience, preferably in an international context and/or HR (IT) Department or Shared Service Center.
  • Advanced IT integration and interface knowledge
  • A fast-paced approach, quick thinking and solution-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in MS Office's standard programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Business-level English proficiency
