Department: Global Payments Team

Reports To: Head of Global Payments

Job Responsibilities:

As a Workflow Manager, your primary tasks will include:

• Monitoring and managing all incoming payment requests in the GPT Payment mailbox.
• Assessing, prioritizing, and assigning payment requests to team members in Belfast and Manila.
• Ensuring all payment transactions are authorized and processed within schedule.
• Providing secondary review during critical processing times or team member absence.
• Offering support and training to our team, including identifying and addressing training needs.
• Maintaining effective communication with Client Services Teams regarding cross-departmental task progress.
• Assisting in generating and maintaining error reports and operational risk assessments.
• Proposing process improvements and briefing team members on new initiatives.
• Supporting team and departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications:

Required:

• Experienced in a payment processing environment.
• Proven ability to coach and supervise junior staff members.
• Strong organizational and prioritization capabilities.
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Exemplary communication skills and a strong team player.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to function effectively under pressure.

Desired:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in accounts payable or bank payments.
