Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated professional to handle and resolve 2nd-level incidents/tickets in our Service Management Tool for HR applications. Key responsibilities include:

• Investigating support needs to design holistic solutions while collaborating with subject-matter experts as needed.
• Coordinating with Global Application Support Specialists, IT developers, and other support teams.
• Engaging with vendors for issue alignments, case/incidents creations, and SLA follow-ups.
• Preparing training materials and providing training sessions as required.
• Supporting onboarding of new team members and managing release activities for new features and enhancements.
• Conducting testing activities, including preparation of testing scenarios, reviewing test cases, and maintaining documentation.
• Creating and managing content for application-related community and docupedia platforms.
• Continuously improving processes and collaborating with stakeholders on topics such as Interfaces and Data Security.
• Acquiring and building knowledge of dependent applications or systems.
• Supporting ad-hoc activities or new work-packages as needed.
• Providing project support, including preparation of pre-rollout activities like change and communication management.

Qualifications

• Experience with IT systems or applications support in the HR Area is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Power BI, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work logically, structured, proactively, and effectively within international virtual teams.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken (C1 level); knowledge of German is a plus.
