Role Overview - Junior CRM Data Analyst

Our CRM team executes daily campaigns to our marketable base of over 8 million customers. This role ensures accurate data analytics and understanding to support these campaigns. Ideal for those looking to combine data-driven insights with commercial objectives in a market-leading setting.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Data Quality, Reporting, and Dataset Maintenance
• Developing Weekly CRM reports on commercial performance, customer engagement, and channel deliverability
• Collaborating with Data and Planning Leads for customer insights and recommendations
• Monitoring CRM database and delivering weekly health and size reports
• Supporting the CRM Team with analysis on programmes, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
• Maintaining and enhancing the CRM Reporting Suite within PowerBI
• Creating Data Briefs for weekly campaigns and lifecycle triggers
• Developing and Testing Initiatives within CRM communications for incremental gains
• Collaborating with Currys Teams to enhance customer data

What You Need

• Experience with complex datasets and data processes, ensuring top-notch analytics and customer communications
• Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of data for campaign performance improvement
• Commercial focus and data-driven mindset while prioritizing customer-centric decisions
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills, with attention to detail
• Proficiency in SQL or Python, preferably within Azure/Databricks
• Experience or interest in using PowerBI or similar tools for reporting and insights
• Strong MS Excel and PowerPoint skills
• A degree in Marketing or Analytics is desirable
