The AI Team

The primary objective of the AI Team is to leverage AI and ML for delivering top-tier clinical care with unprecedented personalization and scale. Collaborating closely with the clinical team, we develop ML-powered features to identify the best course of action for each patient, considering both a holistic perspective and relevant nuances. Our work aims to replicate the experience of a 1:1 session with a Physical Therapist, facilitating high-quality AI Care by SWORD.

Our accomplishments include developing a decision support system for clinical prescriptions, a classification system for identifying users needing assistance, and a system to enhance Physical Therapist-patient communication. Using a mix of classical methods and recent models (like LLMs), we work with tabular and text data. Our future focus is on elevating the personalization and human touch of our AI care, leveraging the latest advancements in Generative AI.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and perform manual tests to ensure the quality of new developments.
• Conduct investigations by querying the database, analyzing logs, and reviewing production data.
• Assist in analyzing and maintaining our dashboards.
• Review and filter user feedback.

What You Need to Have

• Engineering background.
• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Quick learning ability for new problems and fields.
• Critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good English skills.
