About the Role

We’re seeking a Lead Data Engineer to enhance our big data and business intelligence capabilities. You will:

  • Develop and maintain our Data Warehouse, ETL pipelines, and Data Lake.
  • Collaborate with engineers and product leaders to automate data management and analysis tasks.
  • Influence business and product decisions by partnering with various stakeholders to understand data requirements.

Requirements

  • Proven ownership skills and a growth mindset.
  • At least 5 years of experience in data-intensive environments.
  • Expertise in SQL, data visualization tools like Tableau or Looker.
  • Proficiency in building data warehouses, ETL pipelines, and experience with Python and cloud infrastructures (e.g., GCP).

Hiring Process

Our hiring process is thorough, ensuring we find the best fit for our team and your career. It includes:

  • An initial HR interview (30 minutes).
  • A technical online screening assessment (45 minutes, online & asynchronous).
  • A technical interview with our Engineering team (30 minutes).
  • Final technical assessment presentation/QA (60 minutes).
