Adame Services LLC – Now Hiring: Machine Learning Engineer
We are urgently seeking a Machine Learning Engineer for a role that will run through the end of this year, with a high likelihood of extension into next year. This position offers a hybrid working schedule with opportunities to work onsite in Vienna, VA or Pensacola, FL. Remote work is also available, but candidates must reside within the US Eastern Standard Time (EST) zone.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance machine learning models through all phases of development, including design, training, validation, and implementation.
- Analyze large-scale, complex numerical and textual data to identify trends and unlock insights.
- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of data engineers, data scientists, and data visualization experts to deliver projects.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies.
- Develop data science solutions using various tools and cloud computing infrastructure.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Strong experience in model design, training, validation, and monitoring.
- Excellent understanding of machine learning, statistical modeling, and algorithms.
- Advanced skills in Python, Jupyter Notebook/Jupyter Lab, Visual Studio Code, and other relevant programming languages for large data analysis.
- Experience with cloud computing infrastructure.
- Advanced SQL skills.
- Experience with data visualization concepts and tools.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills for clear and concise communication with all management levels.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience with Natural Language Processing.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks and infrastructures like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Experience and/or willingness to learn techniques in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
- A.I. Model Optimization on GPU architecture, leveraging C++ and CUDA.
- Experience and/or willingness to research, develop, implement, and fine-tune LLMs for specific domain knowledge and user cases.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning Ops and CI/CD tools for automating the build, test, and deployment of models in production environments.
