Job Summary
As an Associate, you'll become a vital part of our expanding Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate with diverse Operations teams and processes. You will identify client needs and deliver valued, efficient, and top-tier services, focusing on onboarding new clients while protecting and maintaining existing client assets.
Your main objective is to define clear and concise digital workflow models from existing functional workflows, drive process improvements, and support the broader business with new products and initiatives. Additionally, you will provide efficient reporting and performance metrics. You'll also take the lead in identifying opportunities to align various areas of our growing operations.

Job Responsibilities
- Define, implement, and maintain operational excellence across the teams, ensuring a unique, fair, consistent, and transparent customer experience that delivers exceptional service.
- Act as a subject matter expert for top-tier digital business policies, processes, products, and solutions.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to continually improve operational and business performance, optimizing both client and employee experiences.
- Partner with Operations teams to define analytics requirements and generate MI/reporting for effective communication within the department and with various stakeholders.
- Champion colleague culture, lead by example, and offer feedback and recognition at every opportunity.
- Work with large datasets, enriching them to drive business insights that inform actions and improve outcomes.
- Drive innovation across Nutmeg, focusing on efficiency, automation, and improving client experiences.
- Embrace new and emerging technologies and tools to enhance outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral; ability to share our vision and goals effectively.
- Strong technical skillset with the ability to work with large, complex data sets.
- Commercially minded and outcome-oriented, deriving a sense of accomplishment from producing work that leads to tangible success.
- Strong understanding of operational risk, controls monitoring, and frameworks.
- Digitally savvy across various media.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience in developing and implementing Data Strategy across an organization, including Data Cataloguing, Data Quality, and Data Lakes.
- Creative, problem-solving mindset and capability to work autonomously to develop multiple solutions for complex scenarios reviewed by various stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and through tools like PowerPoint and MI.
- Knowledge of data products, tools, and processes such as Tableau, Signavio, AccesFintech, Python, Alteryx, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Familiarity with AWS Cloud infrastructure and capabilities.
- Relevant expertise in an analytical role within Financial Services banking or another heavily regulated industry, including a strong understanding of Financial Services Operations functions.
- Experience working in high-growth companies or startup environments; adaptable, agile, and able to operate in constantly evolving business settings.
