About the Opportunity

We are actively seeking a forward-thinking Data Product Manager who will be instrumental in optimizing our data to drive insightful business decisions and enhance customer service applications. Your role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and lead the development of customer-facing solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Perform market research and competitive analysis to identify development opportunities.
  • Translate user needs into precise product specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with data engineers, UI/UX designers, software engineers, and QA teams to deliver user-friendly data applications.
  • Monitor KPIs and user feedback to continuously refine and evolve application offerings.

What We Look For In You:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager with a focus on data-centric applications.
  • Strong understanding of customer service workflows and data analytics.
  • Proficient in SQL and data analysis with a proven ability to drive data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with proficiency in English and Mandarin.

This position requires a current right to work in Singapore without the need for visa sponsorship by OKX.
