Job Description

As a Product Data Analyst, you'll be an integral part of the Product Data Analytics team within the Value Stream Activate. We develop a comprehensive range of products and features to enhance the customer activation journey, supporting CRM and membership programs across key media channels like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand and communicate the value the product team delivers to our customers and business.
  • Support in creating business cases to inform our product development roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
  • Translate analysis into actionable insights and advocate for them across various stakeholders.
  • Utilize SQL, SAS, Google BigQuery, Google Looker, PowerBI, and other analytical tools to delve into data.
  • Define success metrics (OKRs and KPIs) and drive a/b test agendas.
  • Participate in the wider analytical community within Customer Activation and Sales to grow collective knowledge and skills.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in analytics, preferably in an agile product team setting.
  • Academic degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience handling large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Experience with digital media data and a strong command of customer data.
  • Understanding of online media metrics from platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
  • Preferred experience with GCP (BigQuery) or Databricks, and data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Looker, PowerBI).
  • Experience with loyalty or membership programs is beneficial.
