Job Opportunity: Professional BI Analyst (TCF)

Join our Global - Executive Reporting team at Concentrix as a Professional BI Analyst (TCF). In this role, you will collect and analyze vast amounts of data to create visualizations and insights that drive data-driven decision-making. You'll manage the end-to-end lifecycle of dashboards and reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Interface with stakeholders to understand data flow and usage between applications.
• Support requirement gathering and provide consultation/solution design.
• Effectively communicate throughout the development phase.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Engage end-users through effective communication and education.

Core Functions

Implement and manage cross-functional KPIs, delivering insights to drive significant business impact. Work collaboratively to plan and deliver analysis to operational management, identifying key areas for process improvement. Present complex information to deliver actionable insights.

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to support reporting and test business system updates. Develop reference materials and document SOPs and knowledge base content. Create playbooks around the role and deliverables.

Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis and preparation, including working with medium to large data sets.
• Strong business and collaboration skills with responsiveness to service needs and operational demands.
• Preferred BPO experience and metrics knowledge.
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field preferred.
• Experience with data discovery tools such as Microsoft Power BI (preferred), Qlik, Tableau, Zendesk, Salesforce, etc.
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Pivots and Macros.
• Intermediate SQL and data visualization tools experience.
• Ability to narrate data stories and drive data literacy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface with senior leadership.
• A strong ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Innovative thinking with intermediate analytical and conceptual skills.
• Problem-solving skills and process improvement experience.
• Proactive with a sense of urgency, ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Skill in managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.

As a global organization, please note that this role may require 24x7 shift rotation.
