Core Responsibilities

As a Research Engineer in Core Learning, your responsibilities will include:

• Collaboratively developing and refining our objective-driven AI initiatives to boost LLMs' cognitive functionalities.
• Building and maintaining the coding infrastructure necessary to efficiently train and test AI models on a large scale.
• Contributing to the open-source community by sharing significant scientific advancements.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• Proficient programming skills in Python and C++.
• An ongoing or completed Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, coupled with pertinent research experience.
• A solid understanding of machine learning foundations.
• Experience in developing complex machine learning codebases at scale.
• A track record of effective collaboration within research teams tackling sophisticated challenges.

Preferred Qualifications

Our ideal candidate would also have:

• Lead authorship in papers presented at peer-reviewed AI/ML conferences such as NeurIPS, ICLR, CVPR, etc.
• A PhD in Computer Science or related areas.
• Proven ML expertise through internships, contributions to open-source projects, or participation in data science competitions.
• Experience in developing high-performance implementations in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch and CUDA.
