Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support including diagnosis, repairs, calibrations, and preventative maintenance.
• Develop and offer solutions that enhance the operational uptime of cobot-based systems.
• Engage with customers to transition from an On-Demand service model to proactive, service-based solutions.
• Handle technical documentation and case management throughout the service recovery process.
• Pioneer service strategies that align with customer needs and operational metrics.

Are You the Right Fit?

This position is perfect for someone who thrives on excellence and is eager to explore creative solutions in a dynamic environment. We are looking for a professional with:

• An associate degree or higher in a technical or engineering field.
• 2 to 4 years’ experience in robotics or industrial automation, with a solid mechanical and electrical foundation.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills, and ideally experience in programming languages like C++, Java, or Python.
• Excellent analytical skills, a hands-on approach, and a customer-centric attitude.
• The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and communicate seamlessly across various platforms.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll enjoy the flexibility of working both from a home office and in the field, with the requirement to be located within one hour of a major airport. Your role will be integral to driving customer satisfaction and expanding our service capabilities.
