As a Senior Analytics Engineer, your primary task will be to develop and maintain the foundational data infrastructure critical to scaling our business initiatives across various domains. This dynamic role includes creating data products that empower organizational stakeholders to explore and solve data-related queries effectively, managing substantial data transformations, designing intuitive systems, and maintaining high standards of documentation and user-friendly processes.
Your work will report directly to the Head of Analytics Engineering and requires close coordination with Data Analysts, Data Science, Engineering, and cross-functional teams.
Gusto offers competitive salaries ranging from $140,000-$210,000/year, depending on the location. Our physical offices are in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, with partial remote working expected.
