Job Description

In this role, you will assist in steering the Data Science practice and play a pivotal role in advancing the application of advanced data analytics and machine learning as an essential component for our market offerings. Support the project delivery for machine learning work, focusing on improving the customer experience and understanding to ultimately aid our clients' business growth.

Further, you will collaborate with individuals across various divisions, industries, and regions to make sure that increasingly more solutions we introduce to the market are driven by data and insights while identifying new business opportunities and account growth.


Your Impact

  • Key focus areas for our Data Science & Analytics group incorporate Customer Analytics (segmentation, behavioral analysis, personalization, recommender systems, forecasting) leveraging 1st party, 3rd party, and a variety of external data
  • Analysis of large data sets and applied insights to assist in creating personalized customer experiences across multiple sectors in digital environments
  • You’ll consult with clients to define business problems and guide on how to apply data analytics, business intelligence and machine learning to solve them
  • You’ll identify new opportunities within the Data Science & Analytics space and build analytics solutions hands-on
  • You’ll intensely focus on customer analytics, diving deep into 1st and 3rd party data to measure, analyze and activate digital customer behavior
  • You’ll develop comprehensive dashboards for business users and management levels to create data-driven insights for their businesses
  • You’ll use advanced analytics and statistical methods to prepare and analyze data for (predictive) modelling, from prototypes to production (advanced segmentation, hyper-personalization, recommenders etc.), with a focus on but not limited to customer data (also vehicle data, product data, POS data etc.)
  • You’ll assist in establishing statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization standards to ensure consistency across projects and teams, as well as prepare reports and presentations for relevant stakeholders (client side & internal)

Qualifications

Set Yourself Apart With

  • Experience in data-driven marketing, campaign development, measurement, and optimization, Martech, CDP etc.
  • Understanding of data (management) platforms (CDP, CRM, DMP, Big Data Lakes, Cloud) and tools (, Processing, marketing automation etc.)
  • Experience in production environments for Machine Learning products including, knowledge of the tools necessary for model deployment and lifecycle management in ML engineering (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Technical knowledge of web/app tracking solutions (e.g. Adobe/Google Analytics), data visualization tools (Tableau & Power BI)
  • Knowledge of software engineering principles & deployment methods (preferably in cloud environments)
  • Industry experience in the Automotive, Healthcare, Logistics, Financial Services or Energy & Commodities sector
  • Fluency in German (verbal and written, business environment, complex concepts) and English
