About Publicis Groupe

Publicis Groupe, renowned for its world-class creativity, top tier technology, digital and consulting expertise, is the third largest communications group globally. The Group employs over 80,000 individuals across more than 100 countries, and it operates through four solution hubs: Creative with Publicis Communications, Media with Publicis Media, Digital business transformation with Publicis Sapient, and Health & Wellness with Publicis Health.

Since the acquisition of Sapient in 2014, Publicis Groupe has undergone a significant transformation by scaling a new model that integrates data, creativity, and technology. This journey was further boosted in 2019 with the acquisition of Epsilon to expand our data-driven solutions and support our clients' individual transformations.

This model, symbolized by the "Power of One" approach, consolidates all the Group's capabilities under one roof, placing clients at the heart of the organization. It eliminates the barriers between Publicis Communications, Publicis Media, Publicis Sapient, and Publicis Health, promoting seamless and efficient operations that aid clients in scaling marketing and business.

The role of the Global and Regional Client Lead has never been so critical to our Power of One vision and drive. Publicis Groupe is a brand-led, data-driven organization with our clients at the absolute core of our business. The role of a Regional Client Lead is crucial for growth, understanding and leading our clients' transformations through delivering the full breadth of our agency capabilities. A Regional Client Lead sets the vision, nurtures a culture of collaboration, and brings together a team of experts from our whole Group to deliver on that promise. They are true leaders accountable for revenue, profitability and managing client relationships.

Our core beliefs are as follows:

Clients Come First; The entire transformation of Publicis Groupe has been designed around placing clients at the center of all we do. Their needs and objectives inform the solutions we offer to help them succeed and grow.

We are Seamless; We have established the influential role of the Regional Client Leader. This single point of contact and accountability unlocks access to a pool of 80,000 talents — free from silos, traditions, and standard norms.

We are Frictionless; We have unified P&Ls and removed all operational barriers to enable true collaboration.

We are Modular; The main advantage of our new organization lies not only in the depth and range of capability but in our ability to adapt to individual client needs and integrate world-class partners when necessary. Modularity is key as it provides a future-proof method of supporting innovation and keeping pace with relentless change.

We are United; By merging our creative, intelligence, and technology expertise, we can offer clients transformative ideas and consumer experiences unmatched by any other agency or holding company in the market.
