Job Description

The Senior Data Analyst (Customer & Marketplace Analytics) plays a crucial role in enhancing our Direct to Consumer (DTC) strategies. This position focuses on utilizing comprehensive analytics to improve customer understanding and refine our marketplace offerings. By collaborating with our dedicated Customer Analytics teams, this role influences the evolution of our products and overall customer experience.

This hybrid role based out of our Nespresso USA HQ in Manhattan, blends remote work with in-office collaboration, providing flexibility and a dynamic work environment.

Main Responsibilities

Deep Dive Customer Analysis:

- Analyze DTC customer behavior to optimize channel strategy and product launches.

- Translate complex data into actionable insights for better customer engagement and improved strategy execution.

Strategic Improvement Initiatives:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance campaign and customer experience strategies through rigorous analytical testing and insights.

Advanced Reporting and Analytics:

- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to foster quick insights and effective benchmarking.

Development of Predictive Models:

- Construct predictive and machine learning models that support targeted marketing campaigns for cross-sell and upsell opportunities, enhancing customer lifetime value.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

- Minimum of 3 years in a Data Analytics role, preferably with experience in Customer or Marketing Analytics.

- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment.

Salary and Benefits

The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $125,000, reflecting qualifications and experience.
