As a Lead Data Scientist at Worth AI, your part will be paramount in using AI to reconstruct sectors and leave an enduring mark of fairness and exceptional quality. Responsibilities

  • Direct and oversee a team of data scientists, offering guidance and support in the creation of progressing analytical models and AI algorithms.
  • Use advanced statistical modelling methods and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and produce actionable reccomendations.
  • Work with multifunctional teams to recognize business issues and develop data-driven solutions that boost customer satisfaction.
  • Translate business needs into data science ventures and project blueprints, guaranteeing outputs are delivered on time and within financial boundaries.
  • Research and implement innovative AI approaches, keeping abreast of latest developments in the field.
  • Conduct comprehensive data exploration, data preprocessing, and feature engineering to enhance model performance.
  • Design and assess experiments to test and validate hypotheses, improving model precision and performance.
  • Present findings and suggestions to internal stakeholders and clients, effectively articulating complex ideas in a simple and concise manner.
  • Analyze data and development metrics to evaluate work load optimization in planning process
  • Define and deploy predictive and prescriptive analytic solutions to meet business needs in forecast accuracy and key processes
  • Devise metrics to track progress over time and assess the order pipeline for risks and opportunities
  • Analyze supply chain data to evaluate order, holding, and shortage costs for use with optimal Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) models with shortages
  • Support the organization through enhancements in data insights and dashboards
  • Integrate systems and large data sets company-wide to devise forecast models that cater to fluctuating business and market trends
  • Extract data from numerous source systems to support required analysis

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience as a data scientist, developing and implementing machine learning models in real-world environments.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of research and development
  • Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) and text analytics
  • Robust analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Python, R, and SQL
  • Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLM) is strongly preferred
  • Experience working with unstructured data is highly preferred
  • Distinguished programming skills in Python with proficiency in relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
  • Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Solid comprehension of deep learning algorithms and neural networks.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to think analytically and critically.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven record of leading and managing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
  • Experience in the computer software industry or a related field is preferred.
