Job Description

What You Get to Do:
Join our MLOps Platform Team within the Enterprise Data and Analytics Organization, where you play a crucial part in democratizing machine learning and enhancing data-driven decision-making across the enterprise. You will have the opportunity to build and enhance our MLOps Platform, create self-service ML development tools, and drive platform adoption. Help us create an exceptional user experience for those developing, deploying, and operationalizing production-quality ML models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop scalable and secure architectures for machine learning applications.
• Execute the full lifecycle of software development, from coding and debugging to deployment and operational support.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall design and functionality of the MLOps Platform.
• Create and advocate for cloud-based solutions, primarily utilizing MS Azure.
• Develop resources such as documentation, example codes, and videos to foster adoption of the platform.
• Automate processes to ensure efficient testing, validation, and deployment of machine learning models.

Qualifications:

Essential:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields with proficiency in object-oriented programming languages (Scala, Python, Java, C/C++ etc.)
• Expertise in Python, R, SQL and cloud-based MLOps solutions, especially MS Azure.
• Strong grasp of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, and related tools (Git, GitHub, jFrog Artifactory, etc.)
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization technologies.
• Excellent communication and cooperation skills, and ability to work agilely in a team environment.

Preferred:

• Advanced degrees (Masters, PhD).
• Experience with MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, etc.) and model inference systems.
• Understanding of infrastructure orchestration and observability tools.
