Job Summary

As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will build, sell, and deliver analytics applications from Genesys App Foundry. This multifaceted role encompasses ideation, architecture, development, testing, implementation, sales, and maintenance. Success in this hands-on role requires experience in Consulting or Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

  • App Pre-Sales: Lead and manage analytics application proofs-of-concept from inception to sale.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Extract meaningful insights from Genesys Cloud Contact Center data using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive BI and reporting solutions for data-driven decision-making and KPI monitoring.
  • Consulting and Advisory: Provide strategic guidance based on data analysis, contact center operations knowledge, and experience management best practices.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for solution consultants, account executives, and clients' teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics and contact center operations.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product development or technical consulting experience in analytics or analytical applications.
  • Expertise in SQL, including complex stored procedures, on-prem and cloud; experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau, Apache Superset, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform and its reporting capabilities.
  • Experience building and selling contact center or experience analytics solutions.
  • Familiarity with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Cisco, Avaya, etc.

Compensation

This role offers a competitive salary range between $121,500.00 and $238,400.00, depending on experience, qualifications, and location. Performance-based bonuses and commissions may also be available.
