Job Description

In the global Marketing team, we are looking for a Product Data Analyst capable of analysing group data, of accompanying the director in the development of dashboards for all the teams. But also to participate in work on our Sophia Go platform in the implementation of analysis tools for our customers and partners.

You will be responsible for:

  • Collecting, analysing and interpreting data related to the company's products, including user behaviour data, product performance data, usage data and market data
  • Using the results of data analysis to optimise the company's products, enhance the user experience and increase profitability
  • Developing dashboards to track product performance and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders
  • Working closely with internal teams to develop custom data analysis tools to meet the specific needs of different company departments
  • Contributing to the company's strategy by providing data-based insights and suggesting ideas to enhance the user experience and product performance
  • Designing and implementing A/B tests to optimise products in collaboration with product development teams.
  • Managing and maintaining data collection systems to ensure the accuracy and quality of collected data

Qualifications

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in complex data analysis (collection, interpretation and presentation of data) in a digital product environment
  • Knowledge of programming languages for data analysis, such as SQL, Python, R, etc...
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Heap, Amplitude, Datadog, etc...
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to convey results in an understandable way to different company stakeholders
  • Bilingual (French and English) is an asset as we are present in Spain, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands and France
